“Joe Prokop was an absolute life saviour . Pure professional and customer service far exceeded what I was expecting . Please give this gentleman a raise , a gift card for a nice meal or a paid vacation off ! After being disappointed and stranded from a local competitor the day before ( Continental roadside assistance). We were feeling defeated and down with what was going to happen . We had two young children travelling with us and just wanted to get back home which was 6 hours away . When Joe showed up , he greeted us with a smile and gave us certainty that we would be back up and running . He delivered us on our promise and made sure to wait until we were on our way before taking off unlike the other competitor who was rude , seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was in a hurry to leave . Once again thank you Joe and thank you Hadley’s Towing for hiring Joe to take care of your customers ! Will definitely recommend this company moving forward . I give Joe 10 plus stars ⭐️”

“Our family depends upon our vehicles daily to make life work. Suddenly on an unplanned afternoon I was stuck with a paper weight that looked very much like my wife’s van… darn thing wouldn’t start or even come close. After much of the normal troubleshooting I was stumped and needed help. After reading reviews I decided to give A&E a try. Not only did they give a stellar and reasonable towing recommendation, they turned a full repair around in only a few days with zero advanced notice.Ed was great to work with over the phone initially to set everything up. I met Shane upon pick up, who graciously explained everything weird thing that was going on and why it was not so easy to figure out. Finally, Kim kept up with regular and clear communication throughout which helps soothe a family unsure of what would occur.All this great service was capped off with a very reasonable price, and I’ll reiterate the quick turnaround. “I was traveling with my mom, 3 year old, & 5 month old to doctors appointments at U of M. We live about 2 hours away. We were 10 minutes out from our destination when we experienced a flat tire. We were pulled over on the side of the highway, in the rain and now running late for our appointments. We called Greater Towing & they came out within 10 minutes & helped us get back on the road. On top of that I was having issues with my debit card & they still didn’t hesitate to help us. They are definitely not out to get anyone’s money. Truly they saved the day for us & I can’t recommend them enough.”
