Cronk Ace Hardware is a great locally owned store and a very nice, very clean and organized place. It has an amazing selection and fair prices, with everything for home projects. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They offer personal service, taking time to answer questions and explain things, ensuring customers have the right tools. The store provides a convenient shopping experience, with helpful services like delivery and carrying items to a customer's car. This kind of service is rare. As helpful hardware folks in the community, helping customers is their most important task.
Something difficult to find in some chain stores is knowledgeable staff, but not at Cronk's. And friendly, in a store that has almost anything one needs for home repair

Was hauling Amish and the door handle got broken off of the van Garrett from Ace hardware was kind enough to fix it for me. Everyone in the store was very kind and informative they showed me right where to go to get the parts and then Garrett came along found me and fixed it for me. I definitely recommend Cronk Ace Hardware.

I came in for clamps to secure some pipes and they had it. We went straight to it and got it.
