“I was on vacation when my car was hit, so I was pretty much just following my insurance companies lead on where to have it looked at. Being in an accident while on vacation is not something I recommend, you don't know where anything is and you're away from anyone who would usually help you. The car ended up totaled, so I can't comment on repair work, but their service in getting the process started and assisting with a getting a rental was amazing. Their assessment of the damages was provided to my carrier quickly. The assessment required a teardown, which my insurance company was slow to provide, but once provided Gerber's turnaround on the rest of the assessment was fast.”
