Do NOT choose these people if you have a family! Our propane ran out. It's 26 degrees outside and they won't deliver to us until tomorrow! NOT HAPPY!!!!

We were switched to this company while we await natural gas installation in our subdivision. The first time I called for a fill was prior to the horrible storm in January. It took them over a week to show up and I was almost out of propane by the time they showed. Then the manager was extremely rude towards me when I could not pay the full amount right away, as a single mom of 3 on one income, and was not truly willing to work with me and berated me on the phone. Which, yes, they got their $1K payment. Then without telling me, they made me a “pay in advance” for any further fills. Well, now this weekend comes around and I am low on propane again. I am still waiting for delivery of it. Have a check ready to go to pay in advance and have been waiting for anyone to show up. I just keep getting told that “we are seeing how quickly we can send someone out.” Well, can’t shower, cannot do laundry, cannot cook, or even wash the dishes since everything in this house runs off propane. Then tell me they will waive the fee if they can come out Monday instead meaning I would have to take the day off work to spend yet another day waiting for them for whenever they decide to show up. But, they made sure to ask me first if I had their money ready to go in the event they decided to send someone today. I have never felt so disrespected by a company ever. The attitudes were so rude, just because I am a one income household does that mean I deserve to be disrespected, no one deserves to be disrespected. My dad also reached out to them and got nowhere. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company. You’d be better off with AmeriGas, at least with them, we weren’t treated like this. I’m not one to leave reviews but this aggravated me to my core. As a college educated woman and manager myself, I would never make someone feel as ashamed as this company made me feel.
Also, forgot to mention, a leak was discovered in my propane tank, the company didn’t care that it meant I was flying through it due to their shotty work. Again, do not waste your time with this company, since they clearly do not care about the customer or the customers time.

Seems like they have great service, but I was very disappointed to get something in the mail saying they service my area just to find out after my 3rd call to them that they don't service my area. I spent time calling around to see what suited us best and we decided it was them but unfortunatelywe are apparentlyout of the area. I already threw out all my other info. I will have to start my process over. The people in their office seem very kind. I will be disappointed not to work with them.

Justin Koop was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient conducting his system check and reviewing excel terms and policies. We’re in Kalamazoo. Clay from the Paw Paw office did an excellent job with removing our old propane tank and installing the new one. The entire process was quick and efficient. Clay explained what he was doing every step of the way, and answered our questions. Both Clay and the guy who filled the tank (sorry I didn’t get his name) were super polite and friendly. With their permission, I was even able to record the entire procedure to send the videos to my grandson in Florida! Excellent service!
