However, third-party installers they hire can be problematic, potentially damaging property and being uncooperative. Customers strongly suggest surveilling them during work. We rarely lose power, when we do they power is restored within a few hours. They follow up with a phone call to ensure that everything is working.

I rarely lose power, and if I do, it's for a short time. A lot of neighbors use Consumers energy and they have outages every storm. So happy to have great lakes energy.
