Propane in Newaygo, MI

“Just signed up them 2025. We were trying to use up the propane from the other company before we switched tanks. Excel was very accommodating with this and their new tank delivery. We still had two weeks to go but on Friday we lost power and our generator was sucking thru the propane and would only last the weekend. I called Excel and they advised they would squeeze our new tank delivery in their schedule for Monday morning which was perfect.
The delivery was made as promised and they were very nice.
This definitely is a company that treats you as a valued customer not just an account number.

The agent I spoke with was cheerful and knowledgeable. She was very personable and made it easy to start up service, no hoops to jump through, no long winded contracts. CF offered a statement credit to me and my son, for him referring us to them. In addition, since my husband is a veteran they gave us a 10 cent per gallon discount, unexpected but greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake is that they are employee owned. All the staff, from receptionists to drivers go out of their way to provide assistance. I have gotten great service for over a year. I can now say that I too highly recommend them to everyone I know.”
