I called Ace Hardware looking for logger’s tape — a pretty specific item used in forestry. They didn’t have it in stock, but Carrie went above and beyond to help me out. She took the time to research what logger’s tape was, how it differed from the measuring tapes they sell in store, and even tracked down the phone number for the DNR, who ended up being able to help me. Thanks to her, we saved around 14 hours of drive time home to order it and the drive back to complete the work… not to mention the cost of fuel… I’m extremely grateful for her kindness and effort. Carrie’s customer service is outstanding — I highly recommend Ace Hardware!

Called to verify if a bark collar was indeed in their stock. Packing for camping trip and hurrying.. Well they not only made sure it was but also held it at the checkout for me! So thoughtful and convenient! Love my ace hardware!

We always get great service at this Ace. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm not fond of shopping, but these folks make it easy and pleasant.
