“I can’t say enough about these guys! Only company that could tow us we have a motor home. They allowed us to stay overnight in their parking lot and even hooked up to electricity! Hubby had to drive 4hrs to get the one and only tire in the UP we needed. The guys were so helpful and checked the rest of our tires. The girl in the office was exceptional!! Thank you guys again!! Highly highly recommend!

Despite being scheduled out several days, they saw that we were stuck from out of town and went above and beyond to squeeze us in and complete the job so we could get back on the road. “Big thanks to you guys!!! We had been at the bear ranch, 8 miles away, and had a hold on the tire. An employee there patched it enough for us to get into Newberry. Here they weren't comfortable sending us away with it repaired (we were headed back home to Midland, MI). Instead he searched his inventory and found a tire that would work in a pinch.
He proceeded to replace the tire for us and we were on our way home...which we made it, safely!”
“I was on a trip to visit the UP in Michigan. When I was crossing the Sault Ste Marie bridge, the transmission in my almost new ram 3500 looses 1st - 4th gears. It was the dreaded aisin k1 snap ring issue. I had the truck towed to newberry motors from Sault Ste. Marie as Newberry was the only dealer within 100 miles willing to look at it within 2 days. To make a long story short, Aerianna (service adviser) worked through a major transmission problem within 2 weeks and got us back on the road. (2 weeks to diagnose the issue, order parts, schedule the repair work, and complete the repair in a professional manor) she also provided a loaner vehicle at no charge which saved our vacation! Everyone at the dealership was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership for service when in the area.”

“Had a fuel filter problem and Todd did a great job getting me in first thing Monday morning. Then the technician Steve Fair did a great job in 45 minutes.
Once again, one star goes to the corporate online system to make appointments since Newberry did not have any record of that effort. And the online chat bot is just as bad. I’ve been to a dozen, GMC’s and none of them have the online appointment information.”

“We were camping in Tahquamenon when we had a tire that was losing air. We had the donut on but called them to see if there was anyway they could get us in. They got us in right away and fixed out tire so we could continue our trip. 100/10!!”
