Love the people at this bank, helped me with a loan or two but what I can't stand with an inner burning of hate is their worthless ATM out in the parking lot. Why do you even ha e one? It's broken every other dayIf you can't get it to work take the lousy thing out!!!

First Source Bank is an asset to the community.Their personal service is excellent.They are right on top of what’s going on with your financial activities.The employees are on a first name basis with most of their clients and are helpful in any aspect you might have a question with.My home mortgage and auto loan are both with First Source,as well as my banking account.

Incredibly rude. Every single worker there is trash besides chrisbella ( something along those lines. She’s amazing ) I literally have had zero stars service from everyone else. Fire the whole staff at this point because wow..

Very friendly bank tellers! I’ve had an account through First source ever since I was a teenager and Have never wanted any other bank! I recently had my account compromised and they helped me through it every step of the way! Took less than 15 min! Could never be happier! Thank you so much First Source!

If I could rate this bank a zero I would. The Niles branch has terrible customer service. Went in to cash a check which after the deposit to cash it Margie informs us the account is overdrawn. Mind you we haven’t swiped or used that bank in over a month we only use it to pay the car loan we have with them. When I went back in to question it again she refused to even open the account to look at it and tell me there is nothing she can do. Well there is something she can do she can note the account and had closed it out if they are charging us every month with no notice for not having a constant use of it. Instead you want to take people’s money and not work with them. Telling us we cannot close the account Because it’s negative when your the one who made it negative. Margie was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and yes I raised my voice with her it was the only income we had until the next pay day and sadly it was only $13.51 yet you forced us to deposit it. Your a sneak. And need professional training on how to work with customers. Since they were going to charge our account without knowledge we just wanted it closed and our money back that she forced the deposit to go through. Instead she didn’t even try to help us she denied help right off the back after asking for my husbands ID.

I opened my first account with 1st source 15 years ago at the down town branch. I was there often cashing checks from my first job and what not by then i had been a member for 4 years I got to know the tellers on a first name basis. One day I wanted to buy my neighbors Classic sports car he was selling for $5,000. With a cosigner I got an unsecured loan for $3,500 I paid the loan and now at age 31 that was 1 of the best lessons of responsibility I ever learned.

Highly recommend this bank. They have provided me great customer service and the hours and location are awesome. Being open later hours and weekends make it possible for me to actually do my banking business without having to take time off from work. Thank you to the previous manager and to current manager Kristabell for being so helpful.

I used to have an account with them 9 years ago; before I moved away and had to change banks. Came back today and asked to make change for a $100 dollar bill. Was promptly turned away and told they dont make change if you dont have an account because they dont have ANY way to check bills for counterfeit. Seriously?? If you dont have a marker back there like any store cashier and arent interested in helping anyone but members, you are gonna fail. I considered hetting an account but after that, forget it. I wont deal with such small-mindedness.
