Worst service and horrible communication . A payment was processed from my card without permission once contacting the store and customer service there is literally no one to talk to about the situation. Have not received any info or anything regarding the system failure . Poor service and over priced plans

Switched over to this mobile network from cricket. Cricket was nice but I needed more affordable. Service was nice finding my new phone was easy and the paperwork wasn't harsh at all 10/10 would go back anytime

Went with a voucher to get a replacement phone although it could've been activated for free by myself or on the appropriate hotline that is offered by likewise the agent proceeded to charge me 35 bucks for an upgrade which it's the same phone I already had then 10 bucks for a sim card I already had in the phone I was holding! This is my last month with boost mobile after years because nobody wishes to credit my account for this money when it wasn't my responsibility to pay for activation and I tried to tell the woman I could activate the phone myself for free she said specifically she hates when the insurance company gives these vouchers because then they charge activation and the coupon does not cover that!!! Worst experience ever

I have been with Boost for a little over 20 years St phone number and I love it I think their service is fine their phones are good I just really think boost is a way to go
