Maggie was kind and wonderful! She was super welcoming and caring when we used the dog wash station. She gave us some free dog treats and came to check in on us when one of our dogs was barking! So happy we found her business!

I've only used the self serve dog wash so can't comment on the other services. The self serve wash area could be a nice set up but out dated and very little lighting. I had my own large wash area with a chain link door which I did like. The dryer not the best. The hallway and area needs a thorough cleaning and carpet replaced. The $20 fee is over priced. You're paying for use of the area and water. If the area was updated and the fee was cheaper I would definitely use it regularly and it's more convenient location to my home. I will have to try her dog treats and other services because I hear theyre great. From the other reviews Ive read people rave about her dog treats. She's friendly and been in business a while.

This was the best experience we have ever had with pet grooming ...I brought my baby in to use the self service wash station and the owner noticed that it would not accommodate my 4 pound baby she then took him in and gave him the tlc he has needed after traveling the last month.. I'm so thankful to have visited this awesome place and met such a wonderful soul...Thank you.❤❤❤

Took my nervous pup to use the doggie wash and was NOT disappointed! Very easy to use and my dog was calm the whole time.

The owner is a great lady! She loves animals and loves to help people! I found her little shop when I was looking for something special for my dogs birthday! I always learn something new when I go to visit her!

Owner IS very knowledgeable. She advised us on the best ingredients to feed our 2 Older Shelties. One has skin issues ( recurring sebaceous cysts) the food she recommended has noticeably reduced the number of cysts and size of cysts. Likewise she advised on food for our new puppy. Our girls love the food and devour it. Very happy with advice and very open to advise. Our girls also love the antlers.

Maggie is extremely rude, thinks she knows everything in the world, she claims that because she's been in business 30+ years and is the self-proclaimed smartest business person ever (direct quote), she can talk to people however she wants.

I love when my human takes me here. The antlers are my favorite part of the journey every time! If only every car ride consisted of this place. Mom even says the prices are reasonable because she loves me. Take your furry friend here, you wont regret it.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Half of the conversation I had on the phone with the woman, that said she is the owner, consisted of how much she disliked foreigners.
