This location use to be my favorite but lately the service has been mediocre and the staff are terribly snooty and rude.

This place has terrible service. I selected a specific 7-seater car that was available on the website and reserved it. The reservation was successful. Upon arrival at the branch, the manager, without notifying me, gave me a completely different car that wasn't even on their website and said it was the same size as the one I had ordered. The question is, why can I choose the make and model of the car on your website if I don’t get what I want in the end? I just wasted my time and ruined my plans.

Never answer phone. My car smelled like stale cigarettes. Very difficult to get them to pick u up. I'd avoid this place like the plague

This is my go-to rental place, the staff here are always very friendly and the vehicles are clean and they get me on the road quickly. I rent vehicles several times a year and for family vacations, and I always start my search at this branch.

Branch manager Hunter and the team here are great! I'm a travel nurse and I rent cars while on contracts. They've made it incredibly convenient and simple to extend rentals while I'm out of town and can't get back to the branch.
No question I will keep using this branch for my rental needs!
