  Lady that cut my hair was very nice and attentive to how I wanted my hair cut. I have very thick hair and she managed very well at cutting it.

  Horrible place to get your hair cut. My boyfriend and little brother got their hair completely and utterly BOTCHED! buzz cut for both when they deliberately asked for a certain style, showed inspo pictures. Mind you this is two complete separate visits but both came home bawling and crying because they got all their length cut off and they hated how they looked. My boyfriend had long shaggy hair and wanted a nice, dapper cut (think “2025 mens haircut” and left with man bangs and buzz cut all over, even on his colic that he asked not to be touched or lose any length on. Little brother just went in with so much hair and now it’s all gone! I can’t stand to see them cry and be self conscious. Don’t ever go here. I’m so livid. 0/10.

  Great place and reasonable prices. I've been to other places that charge a lot more for a similar haircut. Kudos to my hairstylist a very professional lady.

  Been coming to this location in Niles since 2013. Ashley is my absolute favorite one all the ladies there are awesome very welcoming always willing to have a friendly conversation and always do a great job highly satisfied.

  It's cheap! The girls are friendly, that's the best I've got. Service rendered were definitely not per my request. I'll pay more to get as I want my hair. It's true, you get what you pay for!!!!

  Horrible couldn't even get an appointment set online and was sent an email that it was canceled 5 minutes later tried to call and it kept going to voicemail like they're too busy to pick up the phone what kind of way is that to run a business where you don't even answer the phone for customers to call and when you walk in they give you an attitude and tell you that it's going to be a while look forward to getting my haircut my mother used to go there all the time and Audrey always did a great job but I couldn't even get an appointment when canceled wouldn't answer the phone wish I could give zero Stars

  The cost of hair cuts are way to high it really sucks. People really don't have the income in the area to pay these prices.. you have to think about the people.

  Trash. Takayla is racist. I checked in 30 mins ago and waited in line. She took a person who was never checked in before me. I waited for her to cut the person hair to ask her why she didn’t take me when it was my turn and I checked in 30 mins ago and waited my turn… her reply she was waiting here. Well the point of online check in is to wait at home or in your car like I did… why did you really skip me Takayla?? I was excited for a hair cut. It’s been a couple years since I had one. I had a horrible experience with Takyla at the Niles Great Clips
