Laura Donner has been a life saver and certainly needs to be recogized for her dedication to her customers. I had a banking deposit issue which I struggled to get taken care of, she worked hard and with many departments to get it working again.!Excellent customer service

I requested an appointment that was scheduled for 2:00 pm Eastern time on Thursday. The scheduled person was Ashley O. Each day between the request day and the appointment day, I received an email that said if I was more than 5 minutes late for my appointment, my appointment would be canceled. I was traveling from Valparaiso, IN to Niles, MI and arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. When arriving, I was told the person I was scheduled to have the appointment with (Ashley O.) had left for lunch and they did not know when she would return. We saw other staff in offices but no one offered to help us. Finally, after a 45 minute wait, we went to the counter and asked someone to help. We met with Brooke. Our original plan was to explain that my mother (the owner of the accounts) had passed away and to ask that one CD be allowed to expire and move into her savings account. Instead, because of the issue of the ignored appointment, we canceled all of her accounts and withdrew over $150,000 from the Honor Credit Union. Brooke was a wonderful help to us considering how upset we were. Had the original person been available, the situation would have been much different and the money would have remained with Honor.

Really nice and easy process to get the loan. I told them what was going on and what i wanted and they took care of everything. Answered all my questions to satisfaction and was very nice even when clarification was needed. Thank you Honor. This was a very fast and painless process.
