Never ending issues with ATM. Inside customer service terrible. They only greet certain customers apparently. I’ve banked with Huntington for almost 30 yrs this new location and the staff make going to handle business dreadful. I have several accounts here and have started my switch and I’ll say it’s been the best decision. I really would like to give a 0 star rating. If only it were an option.

Never have an issue with this bank location. Easy to get into the parking lot and the staff is always friendly.

If applying for a mortgage loan (especially first time buyer) don't deal with Betty Jean Cobb. She'll saturate your ears with banking jargon and follow up your questions with answers that make you feel like you don't know 1+1 is 2. We spoke a few times over the phone and each conversation made me feel less and less respected. Hopefully no one else has to deal with what I dealt with

Huntington bank was great on 11th St, friendly people to help you. But since the move to Chemical bank building it’s terrible. I try not to go there unless need to.

this bank gets worse and worse. i've been a member here for over 10 years and used to bring my change in to be counted and deposited. this time they said I had to roll it before depositing it. Why should I have to pay for that when they have the machinery to just weigh the change and know how much it is. There is a national change shortage but they won't accept my change as a customer here of over 10 years. They literally said, "we have no way to count it." EXCUSE ME? You're a bank. All you do is count money! Also, I know all you do is weigh it. I'll be transferring as this bank has switched ownership and merged too many times and the policies get worse and worse. Always use a credit union! I called them and its free for account holders.

Tuesday December 28th. One car in front of me. 12 minutes. I pull up. To make loan payment. 8 minutesThe move from south 11th to Main Street is a horrible move. Must benefit corporate. The drive thru alone is bad to get into. Hunting has been my favorite bank for years but this new location has much to be desired. After reading reviews already posted. I concur with all their statements. All true. So sadUpdate. It’s May and the efficiency of this branch is still horrible

I loved the old location, but the new one is a joke. It's virtually impossible to access from 5th Street. And unless you have a truck, you have to get out of your car to reach it. And I'm tall! But it never works anyway, so you have to wait in ridiculously long lines. I'm sorry to say that I'll be taking my banking business elsewhere.
