The service was friendly and good.
However the device does not seem to power up right away, and takes along time just to get to the warm up stage.
What can I do to improve this device, could it be defective?

Great group of guys. Professional, fast and very helpful. I'm glad that's where I went for my install. They will be doing my calibrations as well.
