“Marian Constantinescu, Van Horne Jewelers's High-End Clockmaker, was outstanding! He serviced our grandfather clock in our home; the clock's not been working since my husband Michael was a child (his grandfather left it to his mother, and she left it to him). It had some broken and missing parts, yet Marian came prepared for what seems like any situation. It took him about four hours to fix, but his work was well-worth the wait. He paid so much attention to detail that he pointed out things I would never have noticed (like that he leveled it such that it would be parrellel with our wall which has a slight angle to it). We had to wait a few months to get the call that he was available, as he's the only clockmaker in about a hundred-mile radius, but we're so happy with his friendliness, professionalism, and patience in explaining to us basic care and maintenance. And when I offered him a tip, he wouldn't take; "It is my job."Van Horne Jewelers had great customer service. Thank you!”

“Jr fox is awesome! Such a great jewelry store. My husband got my engagement ring here back in 2015. It's a gorgeous ring and we even loved the store so much and how affordable they are that we decide to upgrade the ring a couple times since getting it. We had the band switched out to a white gold instead of sterling silver, also added a larger diamond, and had new prongs put in this year as well. Every time they got it finished really fast and it was sturdy and gorgeous every time. They really are a great jewelry store and I highly recommend them. Their rings really do last forever! Almost 9 years and counting for mine and it's still just as gorgeous and sturdy as the day I got it!”

I'm going to see Taylor Swift in a few weeks, and these are the PERFECT boots for the occasion. Had my size, no problems there, and the girl was sweet but brief about helping, which was in my opinion, very nice!”

“Well this is a definite on straight to business no bs they won't rip you off best jewelers/coin people in the surrounding 10 counties. They pay more for gold and silver than anyone else. To top off the 5 star they know what they're looking at without looking it up very knowledgeable. They can tell you within a 90 percent tile if you got real gold without checking but they still check it anyways. Great people here”

“Love the clothes great Size range for xs to xxl, it's all there and it's in fashion and stylish. Worth the money and didn't shrink up in the wash. Best place to get a baby shower gift , housewarming etc. But you know if you get the wrong person to ring you up, she never leaves that front area. The rest are very helpful. So must be either important or the owner operater or related. She's dreadful to deal with. Ignored you while ringing it treats you like your a bother, or answers the phone while ringing you up, it's awfubleven though there's 3 back there, who could do that and" look at her like seriously" she doesn't get this, Brunette with hair in a clip and a horrid attitude for bothering her to ring you up. I'm spending my money here. But you make it a challenge instead of a pleasure. I'm glad to catch the store with her off shift ya know? I go there regularly and pray not to get her.”

“I went in today because a couple of the stones in my reversible pandora ring fell out. It had only been 7 months that I've had my ring so it was still within the 1-year warranty. It was worth over $100 so I was sure it'd be fine to get the stones replaced. At first, I was told by an associate that I couldn't get the stones fixed/ring replaced (I was shocked). But the manager was able to speak with me and help me with getting my ring good as new. I can't explain how appreciate I am of the customer service I received today. If it wasn't for the manager, I would have probably never bought another Pandora ring again. I will most definitely be back. Thank you again for your help today!”

“I took a keepsake for repair. Rarely do I meet someone as professional. He gave me an estimate and an approximate delivery date and he beat both. Granted it took several weeks for the work to be completed, but no complaints. I can see why he’s backed up. He does impeccable work, so is in demand. You don’t rush quality.”
