“I have to admit I’ve never been to the store because I’ve read all the reviews and avoided it. I thought I would give it a try the other day First I love their product and the diversity of their clothes. I also want to say that their customer service was fabulous. They started me a dressing room and asked what assistance I could use. As I walked the store and I had stuff in my hand, they went above and beyond, and added that to my dressing room seeing my arms were getting heavy. The only challenge I think that I saw in the store was that their blouses were $69 just as much as their average dress. I loved everything that they had on display. But the price difference between tops and a full dress was the same. I would not mark them down on rating for that, I just hope that they would change that in the future. I would recommend the store going forward and can’t wait to go back.”

“I can't recommend Van Horne Jewelers enough! The pictures really do speak for themselves, but I'll take a moment to add a bit of context. My dad was a jeweler by trade and made stunning pieces all by hand. Sadly he passed away a few years ago, but not before he made me a stunning bracelet and earring set. I've cherished these pieces for years but rarely had occasion to wear them. I wanted to honor his memory on my wedding day and asked the team at Van Horne to help me convert the bracelet to a necklace so the piece could be in a place it belonged, front and center and not hidden on my wrist. Other jewelers told me it couldn't be done or were too afraid to work on it. I was ecstatic to find that the team at Van Horne was not only skilled enough to work on my dad's piece, but careful and caring enough to keep it's authenticity. They even helped me add a little something blue!”
