Great place to get physical therapy. I have been working with them for leg pain and have made steady progress. Both Alex and Melissa are very kind and more importantly extremely knowledgeable. If you need any work done, this is the place to go!

Came here for a leg injury because RICE didn't work for me. when I first met Alex and Melissa I got nothing but smiles and friendly words. Melissa has been kind, patient and listens to where my pain is at. So far since starting my speed is starting to improve and my legs are alot less sore.

Went for terrible hip and leg pain. Alex and his staff not only were able to remedy my pain, but help with several other items I was unaware of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Life in Balance to anyone looking for a helpful and knowledgeable physical therapist.
