I was quoted $1500 for a transmission replacement. The job got difficult for them and their supposed transmission expert, so they charged me another $300 to fix problems my van didn't have when I handed it over to them. Handed it back to me broken, promising that as I drove it, it would work like new again (my transmission was still not shifting right). $1800 later, my van is not only not fixed, it now has a radiator leak, had to buy a MAF sensor and the transmission doesn't work. I spent money to ruin a car. I could've ruined for free myself.

The owner himself repaired my tire, which had a slow air leak caused by a small nail. After the repair, I asked if the tire had been checked for air leaks, but he confidently said there was no leak—without doing any proper testing.
When I got home, I tested it myself with soapy water and clearly saw air bubbles coming from the repaired area. I returned to the shop and showed him the bubbles. He first used plain water and insisted there was no leak, but when I used the soapy water I brought, the bubbles were obvious.
Instead of acknowledging the poor repair, he suggested drilling a larger hole and patching it again. I refused because I didn’t want to damage the tire further. During our conversation, he became rude and even told me to “shut up,” which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
This was not just a failed repair—it was a very unpleasant and unacceptable customer experience. I cannot recommend this shop, especially since the owner himself handled the repair and spoke to me that way. Basic courtesy and responsibility were completely lacking.
