Precision Auto & Body towed my vehicle and repaired the damage resulting from an unexpected winter morning slide off. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and the service I received from their shop. Jeremy arrived quickly to tow my vehicle and was a calming force when I was a little shaken from the mishap. He later thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed, promptly ordered the necessary parts, and worked with my insurance company to get the process started. I just picked up my vehicle today, which was completed much quicker than I expected, and it looks and drives like new. I highly recommend Precision Auto & Body to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation. They are a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-service oriented business. I am truly grateful for all of the help they offered.

Precision Auto & Body went above and beyond the call helping us with our elderly family member sorting out a towing issue with a trailer we were all certain was going to be a royal headache. They didn't have to do everything they done to assist us but they did and for that, we are all eternally grateful! Thank you again!!!
I would give a sixth star if I could. I am just relieved that I was able to work with them resolving our issue.

Always perfect repair. Hands down the only place I’d take a vehicle . Puts me at ease and always willing to help me with minor repairs. Jeremy is funny and helpful. Prices affordable.

Oh my goodness. I'm not sure that there are enough words I can say for how awesome my experience was with Precision Auto Body. I typically do not enjoy dealing with car stuff at all and Jeremy made the whole process manageable. He was truly a blessing through this whole situation with my car. Not only did they take such good care of it, but they worked great with my insurance, took it and fixed it in such a reasonable time frame, AND my car came back looking BEAUTIFUL! I'm so appreciative of how they took care of me and the work they did.

I was at the laundry Matt with my baby and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I believe his name was Randy. He came within 10 mins unlocked the car for me and didn’t charge me. I Will be using precision auto for any of my future needs!!!

Brian with precision auto body towing was literally THE nicest tow guy we’ve ever met. He was quick, efficient, kind and just good at his job. He knows what he’s doing and he’s good company! 10/10 recommend this service. Good prices!

We had someone damage our vehicle in a parking lot and having done research, this was the highest rated body shop around. I couldn’t have been happier with the results, they made it look brand new. It took some time to get scheduled in, but it was worth the wait!

Precision Auto is awesome. I’ve taken several vehicles there over the years. Recently I was in an accident and with no hesitation I took it to Jeremy. It became a difficult situation with my insurance company and he helped me navigate through the process with excellent customer service the entire time! Making a stressful situation easier for me. I rate Precision Auto 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s frustrating to have to post this, but I feel like I have no other option. I took my car here for two issues: my window regulator and my passenger seatbelt. After the window regulator repair, everything seemed fine and the price was fair ($170), so I brought it back to fix the seatbelt.
They said I needed a new seatbelt, so I got one. When I brought it to them, they claimed it had the same issue (it locked up) and couldn’t fix it. Shortly after that, I noticed a loud banging sound in my driver’s side door — the same door they had worked on for my regulator. I took it back, and the mechanic said something was loose and he would fix it when my car came back for the seatbelt.
My stepdad came back from Tennessee and he installed the same seatbelt they said was faulty — and it works perfectly. The seatbelt was never the problem.
Since then, my family and I have called the owner, Jeremy, multiple times with no response or follow-up. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic, who found they had left an old part from the window regulator rattling inside my door.
Very disappointing experience and would not recommend.
