I called precision towing due to a breakdown and was far from home, they had someone out very quick to tow it right to the shop for me by my house. The driver was very friendly and personable. The cost was reasonable. I’d highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.

I'm not kidding when I say the owner of this company is a true gentleman. These times are really hard right now. And I'm not saying that he did anything that was against policy, but to understand the person's situation and to allow them to collect what's theirs without tons of Red Tape? And the current economic state we're in to understand people are people, and they need help. This place is amazing and I truly honestly suggest anybody that has car issues or needs to tell to please hit up precision. They give you the best rates even if you get in an accident, you need to ask for precision

My car had a breakdown, and Precision had a driver out 10 minutes after I phoned them. Jeremy (forgive me if I got the name wrong) effortlessly hooked my car up to the truck, and we were on our way. I was home 10 minutes after that, with the car dropped off right in the driveway. Complete professionals with top quality equipment and friendly employees. The quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what I was charged. Make them your first call.

Having to get your car towed can be stressful. But these guys made it as least stressful for me as they could. I was alone and with my anxious dog when my truck kapooted. Five hours from home, and on the side of the road. Within 25 minutes the nicest guy arrived, loaded up my truck, took me to the airport so I could rent a car, and WAITED while I went through the rig-a-ma-roll of renting a car (don’t rent from Alamo at the airport, they can TAKE a reservation…..)
I don’t know if I was charged for the time it took to wait or not, I was just grateful the tow truck driver waited with my dog, while I got everything sorted out. I hate, hate being the “damsel in distress”, but I was yesterday, and these guys got me through it.

Yesterday (Sunday evening) I called and immediately answered, friendly. They dispatched a driver which only took about 25 minutes. Super nice guy who took very good car of my car. Low ground clearance so he was very careful and used soft fiber straps (not chains) to protect my car. Drove cautiously to my house and unloaded directly into my shop. Friendly also and we chatted a bit. Best experience I've ever had with a towing company.

Had an issue with my car on a Sunday afternoon. Called for a tow and they were out there right away and dropped off to mechanic. Overall great experience. Driver was helpful and did a great job.
