The man who helped me was very attentive. He quickly helped me find a paint color that I had purchased there several years ago and I had miss pronounced the name. He knew exactly what I was talking about. He helped me find the Sherwin Williams web site to picture my room in the color I wanted. He also discussed the different finishes that would slightly change the look of my project. I appreciated the high level of customer service he gave me. That is normally unheard of these days. He definitely went above and beyond. I do suggest the Niles MI Sherwin Williams anytime I hear of someone looking to paint.

I loved my experience at the Niles, MI, store. The gentleman there was so knowledgeable and helpful; he took the time to get to know exactly what I needed and then proceeded to help me get the best deal. Sherwin products are my favorite!

The guy mixed all the paint - 5 gallons - before telling me a price. I needed the paint but I might have chosen a different quality of I had options. Instead I just got handed the paint and a total and I stood there the whole time. He had the opportunity to tell me I was spending the right money but I'll never really know. Place was clean. No other guests in the store. This is the same Sherwin Williams I walked in to for paint a while back and was told it was "too close to closing time to mix paint." So I had to go back the next day. Which I thought was odd...

First visit to the store Friday July 26, 2019. Service was great. Very helpful not pushy. Found exactly what I was looking for. Have used Sherwin Williams paint in the past and quality has always been excellent. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy paint or even if you just have some questions. This will be my new store for paint and supplies.
Update 9/16/19. I wish I could give 6 stars. I wanted to share an experience I had with this store and the district manager. The customer service that Sherwin Williams provides is top notch. If you have a problem they will take care if it. Yes it’s only paint but good service doesn’t hardly exist anymore but Sherwin Williams stands out from the crowd. I will only recommend this store for any and all paint supplies.

The sales associate was kind and friendly on the phone, and I was easily able to place my order from my online selections. Curbside pickup was also smooth and convenient.
