A warning to SeniorsOn July 30th 2023 .We received a flyer from t-mobile that said get 2 lines for $25. Each and 2 free phones, as we were leaving the rep puts 2 travel chargers in the bag and didn't say anything after getting home we tried getting signed up with the app wasn't able to view the bill after spend a week with customer service still not fixed finally able to get on the website and there is where we found out the rep added a 3rd line for my watch and charged for the 2 travel chargers and put us on the Gold plan.It's been almost a month and still have 3rd line and still being charged for gold plan..The purpose Review is to warn Seniors about the guys at this store ..

I went to this store and got great service at first. Came back because I never received service a hour before their posted closing time. We seen workers go inside the building and the door was locked.

Visited this location in an attempt to receive assistance with my phone that was not properly working, the sales rep. provided me with a few simple instructions in an attempt to recover my passcode and stated for me to call him from home so that he could reset the passcode. When I called the other person, I'm guessing the manager stated sales rep. was assisting another customer and he would have him return my call.After several hours passed I called again and was informed by the same person that the sales rep. "gone on break" and stated he would have him call upon his return. Weel here we are another day and yet no returned call. I am not happy with the switch from SPRINT to TMOBILE and seeking to end my services with them in the near future. I was sent a new phone and every since I rec'd it I have periods of time when the phone doens't ring, txt messages are delayed by days, calls drop and poor reception. I am over it. The location on 11TH Street should work on follow-up and providing better customer service even from the managers no reason why 2 people are in the facility and 1 is working with customers alone.

Had an appointment at 6pm at this T-Moble location. I have received multiple text messages confirming my appointment. I show up at 6pm and my fiancé goes in to check in and the man that was working said we could not be seen because we had no appointment at 6pm as they have not updated there system yet and are no longer taking 6pm appointments. My fiancé explained to the worker that we had two days to return our phones and really needed to be seen (which is why we made an appointment) and the worker still refused to see us even though we had an appointment. My fiancé came back and told me and I went up to the door to show the worker my three text messages confirming our appointment but the worker would not open the door for me. I waited patiently outside as I figured he was busy and would come to the door when he was done but he continued to look at me and not open the door. I think this was very rude and unprofessional. I at least wanted to make a new appointment in person so I know this wouldn't happen again. If there system was not working correctly, then I feel they should have called the customers who have 6pm appointment and let them know. I'm very unhappy with this t-mobile
