Waited around for a few minutes without being greeted, honestly thought they may have been closed. Then a lady with reddish brown hair came in from outside ( I assume since she took her coat off) then without washing her hands asked my family what we wanted. Thank God for gloves or I would have just walked out. Then, her coworker with black hair and tattoos came in and again did not wash her hands. After, we went to sit down and found many uncleaned tables, though the place was empty and apparently they had time to take a break. Poor service and disgusting. Will not be returning.

Just left subway in Nile’s Michigan,( not the one in Walmart). Rude people working, the door didn’t even close behind us and one worker says , we only have white and wheat for bread ! My husband tried to order a meatball Sandwich and the same girl says it’s 20 minutes until we close , we don’t have any meatballs! The guy on the register looked and acted very irritated that he had to ring us up ! A few more people walked in and he remarked with .. Damn We will take our business elsewhere from now on . People don’t like their job need to find a different job.

I just had the best sub ever in the history of subs. The two ladies behind the counter did a wonderful job making my sub. And I love how they communicate with the customers. Today is 9/24/22..

So, I went up to this Subway today around 5:24 p.m. and as I got done ordering my 12'' Italian Herb & Cheese Italian BMT sub. The bread was a little burnt to begin with which I didn't mind but, The reason why I'm giving you all one star is this reason. I was handing her (I don't know her name) 8 dollars and 50 cents worth in quarters she was hesitating on taking it until, A few minutes went by. The other lady asked. (I don't know her name either) "Is that a rule?" The lady ringing up my order nodded and told me. "Make sure I pay in bills next time." while she was counting my money and when I told her. "Okay, I will. Sorry." The other lady said. "It's okay." The lady who rang up my order said. "You can go." As she was not being polite or nice or kind at all. Completely being rude by writing a note it looked like so then, I said. "Okay." As I grabbed my sandwich and walked off also, I never got a receipt.

I ordered on the app a protein bowl and had it picked up . Not only was I missing items but Anthony tried to convince me that he put double meat on my protein bowl when he did not . Nor did he put double cheese . Which honestly would have been fine if I hadn't paid in full when I placed my order. I also had special instructions which were not even followed . So my cookies were not made it's pickup time was 4:35 you don't close for four hours how are you out of cookies and sitting down not paying attention to the store to the point that someone has to knock on the glass . Then tell the person you can't refund their money for the items guaranteed but not actually available and provided.
