South Bend is a location that we do work in consistently, and this Ryder office has been supplying trucks to me since 2016. Anytime i've needed a truck, they've been able to make sure that I have one, and the one time that one of those trucks broke down, they were able to get me a quick replacement to keep the job going. The staff here have been always been professional and friendly, no matter if it's me picking up the trucks, or any of my guys. It would be nice if more locations, no matter what the company, were as easy and pleasant to deal with as these guys! Hats off to both Liberty and Chad for their service.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. I returned my truck 20 minutes late and was never charged any late or surprise fees. In addition, the staff, particularly the guy, is extremely helpful. I left my medication in the truck and he even allowed me to retrieve it after. Only thing is that they close at 5, but the system says they close at 6 and allows you to book a truck until then.”
