I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION THEY SOLD A 20 thousand dollar car but put in a 3+ year old battery a year later out of my pocket I have to buy a new battery because AMY didn’t wanna replace it. If you’re looking for nice car PLEASE DO NOT Go HERE.

This place deserve negative ratings- they are liars. They told me one price and overcharged in person. They added another $75 dollars to no reason. The original was already inflated. When I asked them why, they said oh we forgot to charge. Like what???? No one forgot. You added extra charges when I didn't do everything that was fraudulently recommended.
On the same visit, they lied to me about my brakes life, gas pipes, cooling system etc etc. They wanted to charge me $3000 for changing brakes on my tires. No one is stupid enough to pay it. I went to an independent mechanic who said there is nothing wrong with my car. And it's running fine.
Save your $$$ and don't go to these frauds.

Took them my Chrysler Pacifica with the diagnosis from Superior Mobility found that was wrong with it happened to be an issue on the Chrysler side. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks. The mechanics didn’t fix what Superior Mobility diagnosed, and documented that was problem with it. Instead they said it was something else which did not fix the problem! Went out to start my van today after getting it back on Thursday and today is now Sunday 12/14/25 and my vehicle is completely dead! Why would the mechanics here just ignore what was shown on paper to them was the problem instead of just fixing the part that was diagnosed and document that was the problem first? That should have been the first thing fixed before trying to blame the issue on another part. Another part that wasn’t even the problem! How is this going to be addressed because I now have a vehicle that I have to jump now and let it sit for an hour now to get it up and running! Very dissatisfied right now!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We actually did most of the work with me being 2 states away!
When I arrived, I only needed to test drive the car and finalize the paperwork!
They listened well and did everything possible to make the car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely horrible experience. The issue with the fan buttons attached to my screen was never fixed, despite me clearly explaining the problem and asking the manager, Brandon, to relay the information. I was later told by the service department that this message was never passed on.
On top of that, while the technicians were replacing my seat belts and heated seat, they broke two interior seat panels. These panels were left hanging and damaged when the vehicle was returned to us. This level of carelessness and poor communication is completely unacceptable. And not to mention we live 2 hours away….

if I could give zero stars I would. magically my digitizer for my radio screen started going out immediately after they gave me an oil change. “Coincidence” 🫸🏼 then when I said let’s just replace the screen they only will replace the entire head unit, not the part that is broken/ malfunctioning from common issues from others with the same uconnect system. Entire head unit is $500 , new screen is $100 😐 just always trying to make the most money, not keep the customers happy.

charged me $400 just to reattach a transmission cable due to a bad tow. then told me $1400 total diagnostic to get into the engine.
towed it back to my small local shop and he instantly diagnosed no fuel and replaced the pump and had it running the next day.
deceptive and overpriced. won't be going back.
