Had to give a star,but unfortunately the service department and the technician do not deserve stars.
Purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and and went to Tyler's to have service done. As well as Purchased new tires and spent well more than enough. Needless to say the issue was never resolved until the 4th service visit. The new tires we placed on truck and we pick up drive it for a few and one tire comes completely off breaks the studs and bolts. Slamming truck down on road. Have my 4 kids in vehicle and have to wait hours for tow truck. Get truck towed and the service department literally kept telling me well I dont know what you want me to do. It's a used vehicle. I dont car if it's used your place did not properly install the tires. Finally speak to a different person and they tell me they will replace tire and rim. But again truck was not fixed properly.
This service department needs to have a whole new crew and better communication with the customer as the person we was dealing with acted as if he had to pay for everything. And didn't want to do his job.
It took 4 times in shop and more money and now have bigger issues with the rear of the truck.
One bad experience has caused me to never go back and send anyone to them.
