When I first started using Harmon Oil it was fantastic. Fast deliveries, great service and low prices. Now however, under their new ownership it is the exact opposite. They come when ever the driver feels like. So you end up waiting a week or more for your delivery. They seem to forget who is paying the their bills.

Our pig had a small leak in it for over 3 years and Harmon refused to some and fix it so they could gouge money out of us I feel. $900 every 3 to 4 months to keep the kids warm. Highly recommend to anyone that lives in the tuscola/Huron county area to find someone else.

Saturday, July 5, 2023 - Today was my first adventure to Harmon oil, we were recommended to go there to fill our permanently mounted motorhome propane tank. The service was super fast, I love to see a young community out there working their butts off! They were busy, everyone was friendly, prices were nothing to complain about. We were very happy with their service and will continue to visit their establishment now that we’ve tried it! Thank you for fast friendly service!

All of the people working here act like they are doing you a favor by being there. Not one of them wants to actually do their job. I've been doing my best to give them custom because the owners are family, but, I just can't take the rudeness from the employees any more.

Been a customer for the past four or five years. Always had good service. I happened to run out of fuel oil one night, temps down in the low teens. I was told it would be 3 or 4 days before they could deliver my fuel. HOWEVER, if I were to pay an extra $150 emergency delivery fee (on top of the 900 I was already spending) they would have it here within 24 hours. That in my opinion us price gouging. I also learned that they are currently charging 20 cents more per gallon than other suppliers in the area. Im done with Harmon.

The best experience I have ever had with a fuel company. They try their very best to get to you as quickly as they can. The office lady that answers the phone is, so kind and delightful to speak to.

The office staff is very nice as are the drivers. Harmon has always helped me out when run out of propane by getting it delivered to me quickly.
