I got 3 footlong churros and they are rock hard! I got to eat a little bit of one, but they're inedible to say the least! You would think they would be able to feel that they're rock hard! Or maybe they shouldn't be sitting around so long?

Husband did an online order and did pick up. When he arrived home he noticed that the sub he ordered was what he ordered BUT it was a 6" and not a footlong. I immediately called the store and had spoken to a young man. Who told me he was the one who made the order. He then told me he would not refund me. But, would keep may name for a later date for the other part of the sub. Well I decide to just return for the rest of the sub and also return the churro. The churro was hard and not edible. I have to say the young lady who helped me was an absolute gem. She made our sub over and was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the churro was a waste and just ended up in the trash. Lesson learned. That will not be bought again. I also do not recommend it.

If I could give the service a zero star, I would. This is the 2nd time we have been there recently that it has taken 45 min to get in and out! This time we were the 1st people in line. It's only young kids in there, all new..with no management whatsoever. This time the young man put the wrong cheese on 2 subs..I let that slide..he's new. We wanted to try the new cookie..it was burnt and rock hard. We always get the same sub.. turkey Italiano, minus the salami. I thought the price sounded to high, when I looked at the receipt he had charged us $3.20 extra per sub. I told the lady working what we got and that we were charged extra, she argued that we got turkey subs, add pepperoni. Will be calling management tomorrow.

I often dononline order pickups when I get out of school. I don’t think I’ve ever had one out at the time I ordered it for. it’s almost alway 5 or more minutes later then I ordered it for.

In all my experience, Subway franchises have done great with standardizing the process for good food. The service at the Subway in North Muskegon was excellent, and the gal making my sub offered helpful suggestions when I asked. We dined in and were able to enjoy a pleasant conversation.

This Subway is a great place! It is always clean and inviting they make the subs exactly the way you want them. The workers always have a smile on their face. Great place!

Stopped in to get dinner after band performance. My daughter's hand was on the door handle and a female employee swiftly came and locked the door in her face and walked away. We got back in the car and LEFT. Would not go through drive-thru after the rude gesture. Time was 8:56 PM when we were down the hill at M-120 and Whitehall Rd.

i went and they took five minutes to take my order and halfway through taking my order they stopped responding and then when i finally get my food i end up finding a PUBIC HAIR IN MY WRAP which is disgusting and idk how they just so happened to miss that when it was sitting perfectly on the cut mark slightly in the sand which not only is that disgusting and unsanitary it’s illegal and could give someone diseases this location needs to be closed because they clearly do not follow or enforce any of their sanitary policies i should call the health department

Waited for 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, another 5 to be told they only have wheat bread. Why no signs? Why couldn't they tell me this? 1st time at a subway in quite some time...this is why. Garbage service.

Bought 2 subs the lattice was brown the pickles were old and my sub was soaking wet. My wife called to complain and a Madison answered and was completely rude and refused to make it right. I'm a manager at my job and if Madison was my employee she'd be losing her job running off good

Love the subs. I tried to use a coupon that expires on 5/21 today which is 5/21. Thought it would be good until midnight but their cash register wouldn't take it because it said that it was expired. The manager did give me a discount though when I challenged it.

I know my stars don't make sense and will not add up properly but I will be revisiting that particular Subway in the next day or two because I have questions about the bill. Maybe it's me, but the sandwich with the most on and the only 12-inch was only 60 cents more than a 6-inch with the same bread and the only condiments of a touch of oil and salt and pepper! The other 6-inch was the same price also with specialty bread and lots of condiments. I just need it explained, that's all... also, next time when I order for someone and you say extra something, watch to make sure, it's really extra! They showed me the extra and that person had barely a regular amount on their sandwich! When you're buying lunch, and someone asks for something special which is so simple of an ask, you feel like you really let them down or it looks like you actually forgot so it's your fault and there is nothing to say. You can make excuses, blame Subway, but you end up looking lame...I apologized and said next time I would go to another Subway and keep a close eye on when the sandwiches were getting made!Parking: There is plenty of parking and the Disability parking spots are located right in front by the front door and I saw at least 3 there...None of the parking is paid and it's a Subway, so no, valet parking is not an option.
