“A friend and I stopped by the store as part of a leisurely M-22 drive on a gorgeous fall day. We found lots of great things there…
clothing, cards, gifts….The staff member treated us like old friends, and as we chatted, I found more items I wanted to buy. We had a fun shopping experience, and were treated SO well by the staff member. I did not get her name, or I would mention it….We will be back!”

“May be a bit long winded, but here we go:

My daughter and I had a very special vacation in Leland, and when we were shopping for some mementos, we couldn’t help but stop in Greta’s. Greta was absolutely wonderful and patient as my daughter made her choice, and she eventually chose a bracelet. Unfortunately, it broke shortly afterwards. I know it was a local vendor and not Greta’s fault directly, and when we stopped by the next day, unfortunately the store was closed before we had to head back south.

I then reached out to the store, and Greta was determined to make it right. She sent a replacement and an extra necklace, which we never received. I reached out again, and she sent another replacement, which I received, along with the original replacement at the same time (thanks USPS, our government dollars at work). She’s going to be so happy to open her package. I appreciate the kindness and empathy. We could all use a little more of that in this world.

Bottom line: Support this business. She’s a good woman with a kind heart, and my daughter and I can’t wait to head back up to the Leland area again next summer to thank her in person, and support her business as well.”
