Very unhelpful, young staff not working and on their phones. Sitting with a vape in front of them. Any question I had they referred me to customer service. Extremely unprofessional environment and untrained staff.

Carl & Anthony these two gentlemen have helped me immensely in the store, not only restoring my broken phone to the new, which they did not have to do, but also letting me know about the Apple watches, which I received to today free though they’re not free I did pay the sales tax I greatly appreciate their honesty, courtesy and generosity. SHADY!!! I went in to upgrade my phone, and the salesman ( and the woman who kept jumping in to convince me) talked me into 2 watches in addition to the new phone. I said no thanks, I have no need for the watches. He said, they are free, and having the extra lines will lower your bill by $10. He looked at my bill and said I am paying $180 a month (which is INSANE) I asked what is my out the door bill going to be, what will I see on my paper bill in the mail every month? I told him it is NEVER what the cell phone store says it will be. He assured me that he added all the fees and taxes and odds and ends that you always get with cell phone companies, and it will only be $170 a month. A savings of $10. I said, Fine give me the watches if it is going to lower my bill. My new bill came and it was $252. Turns out the watches were NOT free. There was a $35 one time activation, there was a $10 per month charge, there are usual taxes and fees just like you other lines, so it was a monthly fee of $24 a month for each watch. HARDLY free, much less LOWER monthly payment. I spent 1 hour and 44 minutes on the phone with AT&T getting return tags and credits, and forgot to even mention the credit I need for the taxes on the watches I had to pay up front. So I will have to call back again for that. When this contract is over, GOODBYE AT&T. And the Northville Snake Oil sales people who work there.

Went in to make a simple account change. Found out later that my social security number isn't even linked to my account correctly and the only way I can fix this is to either 1) cancel my account and get a new phone number, or 2) wait on hold for 20+ minutes to update my SS#. Why? Because their staff did their job wrong. Period. When I asked how they would make this right, I was given empty words with zero accountability. I'll be changing providers immediately.

Had a great experience with Anthony today when I stopped by the AT&T store near 7 mile and Haggerty! I had just changed 4 lines from Verizon to AT&T at a Costco recently, I did not realize this location was here. A lot of confusion about my account, charges, log in information etc. Although I had not bought the phones from Anthony, his customer service skills were fantastic. He had me squared away in about 10 minutes ( and I am not super tech savvy)!I love Costco for a lot of reasons! But when making a purchase as vital and ultimately pretty expensive over the years as a phone plan (I switched over 4 lines) - sometimes going right to the source is best. Great job Anthony!!
