Patty and Jim are an amazing team to work with. We recently had to switch resorts for the honeymoon next year, Patty was able to help us. We couldn’t be more happier with how much the company cares about their customers. Highly recommend going through them with any type of traveling outside of the United States.

Terrible experience with these guys. There was a dog in the office that they don't tell you about when making your appointment. It kept bothering us, jumping on our chairs, etc., and the agent just expected us to think it's cute. The dog actually DESTROYED a chew toy under my feet, white stuffing out and all. Gross.
