“I love plant/home improvement shopping here with my husband. They offer 10% military discount and have tons of options for whatever you need, it’s my local Lowe’s 5 min from my house so an even bigger plus.I just felt weird today when a cashier was trying to deceive us into applying for a Lowe’s credit card after we had told her no. We were buying a pressure washer and she kept trying to gaslight us that we would get $100 off by applying or 20%, it would be our choice. I read the terms and conditions and it was only 20% off up to $100. She was insistent but I had her read it again and she was like “well it’s $70 still.” While I don’t mind because I’m very thorough, I don’t want anyone else getting their credit hit when they’re definitely not getting the discount they claim. Just beware of credit cards :)”
“Sales associate William Hed was phenomenal with assisting us during an extremely stressful build. My supervisor honestly thought he was a manager with how efficient he was. They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. I'd hate to think Home Depot is stifling individuals with management potential in entry level positions.”
“Beats Home Depot for hardware, online and commercial accounts,seem to be commonplace.It is a screws, nuts,washers, and bolts.Assorted safety equipment and power tools and hand tools.This is not a hardware store, no lumber and trade tools. I would recommend calling first before venturing to their location.Friendly help, just seem to have a lack of knowledge of inventory, essentially if it's not accessible by computer inventory then doesn't exist.Future orders will be phone orders and delivered.”
