I have been going to the Plymouth location for over 10 years now. I stopped at this location to make a deposit while I was on break at work and I sat in the drive thru forever :( there were no other calls when I pulled up. I sent my deposit thru and sat and waited, I saw two girls talking to each other through the window, I looked at them wondering if they saw my deposit. The one girl just kept talking and talking. Then I see them both walk away. I hit the call button to see if anyone had seen me send my deposit. I know they saw me sitting in my car and just walked away :( finally one of the girls came back and apologized for the wait. I just don’t understand what was going on. If I were going through the drive thru at Plymouth with no one else in line this would have taken a few minutes. I was sitting there for probably a good 10 minutes just being ignored it was crazy! Not sure if I’ll come back to this location.

I’ve never had a bad experience and have been banking at CFCU for 10 years now but recently when I’ve been calling for questions and such, I’ve gotten some of the worst service I think I ever have gotten trying to do banking on the phone. I don’t live near a branch and have continued to invest my loyalty into this company but as of recently I’ve gotten more and more disappointed.

Been banking with them for almost 30 years. Auto loan, savings acct., checking acct. , home equity loan, direct deposit . I've never had one problem. Best place I've ever banked at. Everyone at the Northville branch go's out of their way to help you any way they can.

The atm has errors all the time being on the phone with customer support is so frustrating because there super slow and take long just to answer security questions don't recommend this bank at all.

Terrible. I am a 20 year customer. My minor's son account was transferred to the State with no notification. Both parents had bank accounts there, neither were contacted. I went to deposit money in my sons account and found out they transferred it. Individual was not helpful and was almost bothered with us. Did not apologize. Was not helpful!!!! I ended up closing all my accounts there including my other child's account which was not sent to the State. I understand regulations but at least help your customer figure out how to get their child's college fund back. Not just say go to this website and fill out a form. Train your managers on customer service.
