The ratchet manager who has no wife, life, no kids, and no career kicked us out because he claimed we were "cracking things open" even tho we obviously weren't. I think he needs a therapist because he was very angry. He also inferred that we were gonna steal a $2 lip balm, if I wanted to get it I would've bought it. I don't have the audacity to be stealing something. Anyways, luv you guys!!

I scheduled a flu vaccine shot at 5 mile road Plymouth location. The online system showed an 8:30 pm Sunday appointment, which I selected. I received a text confirmation and instructions also via text with a link to check in. When I got to the store the pharmacy was closed and no one was there to give vaccine shots.

Trying to reach pharmacy staff; hung up on FIVE TIMES today. Very simple - need to transfer an RX! Clearly they are understaffed - not their fault. Will look for noncorporate pharmacy.

They do not communicate if they could not refill a prescription. They suggest using a different brand like the commercial ones instead of actual prescription that we require.

A nice CVS that is close to home. The store is always clean and organized and staff is usually very friendly. I will say that the bathrooms on the second floor could be a little bit cleaner, but they are usually stocked with bathroom supplies.

I call them to ask them when my prescriptions will be ready to fill so I can write it down and they tell me the 30th of this month which is different than what I calculated. They won't give me a chance to ask WHY their dates differ from mine/ they simply hang up on me,TWICE).... really rude, do not recommend.

Have been waiting at drive-thru for more than 35 mins after giving my ID. Would avoid next time.

Knowledgeable pharmacist made sure I knew about the medications I was given. Answered the questions I had for him.

Best thing I can say about this place is that it's close to my home. When I need cold medicine in a hurry, I go here. But as others have stated, the store itself is lacking in staffing and usually there's a wait at the cashier. Many times, especially during cold and flu season, the shelves are very poorly stocked. My primary gripe is CVS itself. I don't like carrying a CVS card in my wallet to get "deals" (such as they are) and receipt a mile long with a bunch of coupons I'll never use. What's more, for the past several months they've taken to emailing me a survey after EVERY visit, which I always initially ignore. Trouble is, they will pester the heck out of me until I actually answer, which is beyond annoying. As I tell them in the surveys, I don't like their corporate pricing policy. If I go in for, say, a bottle of antacid, I don't want the first one for $8 and the second one for 50% off. I get what they're doing here, but I simply don't want that much stuff most of the time. Rather, I would prefer they would charge a fair, slightly discounted price for EVERYTHING rather than full-boat retail with an incentive to buy more than I need at a discount. It's all over the store, thousands of tags everywhere, trying to get me to purchase more than I want.Today I drove out of my way to buy an item at Walgreens. When I got home I realized I forgot an item, for which I paid $16 for 2.5 oz last time at CVS. Tonight I ordered 5 oz, twice as much, on Amazon for $11. 'Nuff said.

I had a refill on a prescription I have been getting at this CVS for 3 years. Every time it has been filled with generic tablets that enable me to break them in half. This time it was filled with capsules. I returned them with much resistance from the pharmacist, however she couldn't give me an excuse for not exchanging them as my Dr. did not specify pills or capsules. When I picked up the tablets, they were LESS THAN HALF THE COST OF THE CAPSULES. (Both are generic versions of this drug.) So, I believe that CVS attempted to get away with switching me to a more expensive version of my medication and seeing if I noticed. WARNING: MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. Check your refills, ask about cheaper generic versions with new scrips but DO NOT assume you will get the same refill you always did.
