I called to ask if they had a prescription I needed because I went to 4 other pharmacy’s and they didn’t have it. This lady picked up the phone and I asked her if they had a prescription I need and she said no and hung up! Please do not come or call this pharmacy

Really bad service.. often misses prescription filling and do not get as promised. I filled up couple of times where it was regularly partially filled. No reason for delay but have to wait for filling up

I wish to know where I can do a survey to share my experience ..i went in asked someone for help he stoped what he was doing for a moment to direct me where it was, and went to the casher at 7:30pm found a guy named Finn who was training this young lady Shayna I got to experience a good customer service here was my first time here and would continue coming again thank you Finn and Shayna was very nice meeting you and thank you for the welcoming to your store please let me know where can I do a survey they deserve good review very professional

Yup! Rude! I had my Dr send my prescription which is for when my blood pressure gets very high before 10am. On the website it stated processing and should be ready by 6pm. Kind of important for me to pick up and I figured they must have just been busy. I had not received the text saying it was ready so at 7pm I called, only to be yelled at by the rude lady telling me their insurance billing system is down and has been all day and they can't call everybody because their too busy. But they aren't billing scripts, busy doing what? Yelling at customers who may actually need their meds. This is the 2nd time the "billing system" has been down. Its a pharmacy which is an important business to not be able to bill scripts. CVS... You should clean up your staff and train them on customer service. Generally if your coming there its because your not well. Put on website portals that there's an issue instead of a false pick up time. Now my Dr is closed and I do not have my meds for severe hypertension. I just can't believe this place. Also every review says how rude they are, no care no compassion in that industry. Unacceptable! There may be 1 lady that is nice and helpful but I haven't seen her lately.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Grew up in Northville. Have lived in multiple other states in the US and every other cvs pharmacy is fine and easy to get in and out. But every time I visit family and have to pick up a prescription it's pure hell. My dad who is an ER Physician, can't stand the employees there and refuses to send any of his scripts there and tells his hospital group of physicians to avoid sending scripts there if you can. Rude and yell over you as you try to explain what you are picking up. Toddler behavior. Suggest driving a little bit farther to a Walgreens. Better service and you end up getting what you need without being treated like an idiot for asking a pharmacist a question. (Which is a part of their job). Feels like whoever is in charge there, lets their employees take out their frustrations out on their customers. Unchecked adult behavior.

This pharmacy is the personification of incompetence and chaotic management. Space does not allow me even to summarize their ability to totally screw up prescriptions. The main issue is that they insist on putting refills on autopilot despite my repeated phone calls and personal appearances telling them to "stop" automatically refilling my scripts. I am a "big boy" and will call when I need a refill. But they cannot set their "system" (they continually blame their "system" for going rogue and refilling my scripts) to turn the automatic feature to "off".I guess they must have a version of AI that is now on the loose and creating chaos.

I went to pick up subscription pain meds directly after surgery. This horrible place doesn’t fill them for 4 hours. I was in horrible pain. Each time I visited I get a “it will be ready in 30 minutes”. After the forth visit without the meds ready I ask for a txt notification to be sent to me when it is ready. After 2 hours I finally call and they tell me my meds are ready……will not go back to this location and has put me off of using CVS going forward. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The pharmacy is extremely rude. I was hung up on by one of the pharmacists yesterday after inquiring about a prescription that seems to be out of stock everywhere. She screamed at me on the phone and when I asked for her name she replied “I don’t have to tell you that and hung up.” I will be escalating this to corporate and warn anyone to avoid this pharmacy. The lady had a very thick accent and has no patience whatsoever. So unprofessional and I’m appalled that they would hire an individual so rude and hostile.

Came to the store and when using the self checkout receipt got stuck in the shoot. Employee who was sitting on the counter eating a candy bar just kept resetting it until I told him he needed to come and help not just clear stuff. He had the nerve to tell me I could be nicer about it since I am asking for his help and then got snotty with me the whole time while he got it removed. Kept his candy bar dangled from his mouth the whole time.
