“Family Practice used to be the best dr.s office around. I myself have gone there for at least 40 years. I was Dr Radnothy's patient before Dr Winters took over his practice. The same staff had been there for years and all very caring. Then Park Medical took over, necessary equipment wasn't working, staff leaving, new people everytime I went in there. The staff wasn't happy and it showed. Not at all caring anymore, it was just a job...Sad!! Dr Winters is the best Dr., very caring, very knowledgeable, always listened, always provided the best care possible. I recently visited Family Practice only to find out Park Medical did not renew Dr Winters contract and he was no longer there. I was in shock!! How dare you Park Medical for jerking mine and others Dr right out from under us without any time to find another Dr. How cruel!! I had to see a lady called Catherine. Catherine entered the room sporting blue hair, not to judge but wonder what she was thinking knowing she meets the public? Catherine was a doctor assistant, she was okay but didn't hold a candle to Dr Winters. Had some scripts renewed, ones she was able to renew. I asked for 40 milligram drugs for acid reflux only to find out she never called that it. It's not very pleasant to go to the dr in the first place but going where the staff is unhappy only makes it worse. Needless to say I'm looking for a new Dr and one that has nothing to do with Park Medical because ya never know when they will pull your Dr out from under you. The staff are really trying their best with what they have to work with. Park Medical doesn't care about patients, Dr.s do.”
“My experience here has been incredible. They always fit me in quickly for an appointment and my PA, Julia, is extremely thorough with my check ups and questions. She also does my Botox now too which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend!”

“The nurse (I think her name was Tracy) was great. Very kind and patient. She let me know it would be a minute until the doctor would be in and even offered me water. Doctor was wonderful. Gave full attention when I was explaining symptoms. Woman at the front desk was very friendly too. I’ve been here with my daughter and they have always been wonderful.”
