Jeremy is an excellent personal trainer.I have worked with him close to an year and he has come up with a training program that is constantly challenging me to get better. He took into account by strengths and weaknesses and tailored the exercises to meet my needs. Jeremy has an inspiring personality as he practices what he preaches . I’ve been working out with Jeremy for about a year now and have not been disappointed. He has been a personal trainer for so many years, he knows how hard to push and how to motivate and inspire you to want to be healthy and strong. Jeremy individualizes the workouts so they aren’t just cookie cutter exercises, and is constantly changing things up so you don’t get bored. During this pandemic, Jeremy has kept me motivated and on track, and I’ve actually lost weight instead of gaining and he has implemented measures to make sure we are safe during COVID-19 by taking your temperature, sanitizing after each client, and he even wears a mask the entire time you are working out—I have felt nothing but safe during these unsafe times.

After completing rehab for a shoulder injury my doctor recommended I see Jeremy to improve my overall physical strength. I've been working with him for 6 months and have lost 20 pounds. I'm now physically fit, healthy and strong. Our sessions are in his private gym which is a very comfortable environment. He is a complete professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

I first joined Jeremy’s program all the way back in 2012, and I just recently rejoined last year. Being a part of it has really made me appreciate all of the hard work during each session. Not only do we do intense training sessions, but he put me on a program to stay in shape and to lose weight as well. So far, I have lost about twenty pounds, and I appreciate that so much. I really don’t know how my health would be if he did not step in. During every session we talk about different things, whether it would be music, funny stories, or jokes. Every time I go we always have a great laugh and he is always there not just for me, but for all of his clients. If that does not convince anyone why I like his workouts more than any other workout that I have been a part of, I don’t know what to tell ya. Thank you so much, Jeremy!

Jeremy at Forever Fit has helped me exceed my goals of loosing weight and getting into the best shape of my life. Even after COVID became an issue Jeremy was able to work with me virtually and in his safe and private facility in Downtown Northville. I highly recommend Forever Fit.

Client for five years. Jeremy is reliable, creative, and knowledgeable. Work outs blend cardio, strength training and general stretching. Facilities are excellent and result in no two work-outs ever being the same.

Jeremy is a natural athlete and fined tuned his ability as a personal trainer and top notch mountain biker. He is extremely personable and provides various excercises to keep one interested. Extremely reasonable price structure and worth having 'to answer' to a higher authority about fitness and overall health.
