Was at the Northville Kohls today getting a price adjustment on some item. Kristie Baer helped us at the checkout and she was awesome. Very patient and cheerful. Nothing was a big deal with her. Love it when you run into someone like her. It really makes your day.

There was a gentleman there, who greeted everyone he could, with an amazing attitude! He just so happened to be the very same person to help me check out, and open a kohls credit card. Extremely nice, and very helpful with all the questions.

Visited Sephora on May 19, 2024, around 11 am. The sephora section was clean and well stocked with products. The sales associate was kind to me and my daughter. She answered all the questions my daughter had and was knowledgeable of the plehtra of products sold at Sephora! We were there shopping for prom make-up. My 9 year old son was with us . Of course, he was the typical annoying little brother to his sister and was getting antsy being around a bunch of " woman stuff. ".... his words, not mine... LOL....The sales associate was so patient with his"boy behavior," and told me she understood as a boy mom herself. She created a RAVING EXPERIENCE for my daughter and I! She's definitely a VALUE to the Sephora brand!

Not a fan of Kohl's Northville new checkout/return area. All returns/exchanges and all cash sales are together. Really pushing people to do self checkout. Personally missing the encounter with the great Kohl's staff. ?♀️
