Horrible customer service! I have to wait until 30 days after I last filled my prescription to call and have it filled. So I called on Wed. and realized by Fri. at 5pm that I hadn't heard about my prescription. I called Meijer Pharmacy and find out that my prior authorization had expired - No phone call, no email, nothing. So now I had to call my dr. at 5pm on Fri. to START the process - it will take up to 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Meijer! Useless, rude, unprofessional pharmacists at the Northville MI store. Every time I called to see when I could get my prescription refilled in the past, I spoke to 3 different people that told me 3 different things. Basically, they are all clueless here.

Called yesterday and pharmacy confirmed they were packaging it up "as we speak." Waited til morning because it was 630 pm, near closing. I show up at 1030 and the rude pharmacy tech, Aviana, told me my prescription is due on today's shipment later. I called her out and then suddenly she can get it ready right now if I'd like to wait. I said we'll yes as she rolled her eyes and walked away. Why the lies and u professionalism?!?! Meijer pharmacy needs some training on customer service because I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Over 14 years of being on psych meds, during the 4 months I used them they caused more stress than good. One great example, illegally "voided" out two of my prescriptions without any call or notice, stating they expired (100% a lie). The trouble they caused me became so stressful I filed with the boards.Unethical, unorganized, each employee will promise you one thing then the next invalidates your knowledge without an apology.

Always a line and never a smile. The only thing prescribed at this pharmacy is poor service and a long wait time. Meijer if you are paying attention, this place sucks!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Had to have my prescriptions called in three different times and then got jerked around for two more days by the pharmacy staff.

After arriving on time and being told I would be seen "in a few minutes," had to wait an hour past my scheduled "appointment" for a vaccination. No explanation, no apology. Just a front-line view of the dozens of customers who were waited on as they dropped off/picked up their prescriptions. Clearly, that is a major profit center and thus the exclusive focus of workers' attention. Ironically, I had received several emails in advance to remind me of/confirm my "appointment." Will avoid in future.

I got my first 2 COVID vaccine doses here in March, and everything worked like a well-oiled machine. I went back today for my booster, and had to wait for 25 minutes after my appointment before getting the shot. Worse, the technician wrote down the wrong month of administration on my card, which I didn't notice until I got home. I had to return to have the entire card replaced. Worse yet, the next technician misspelled my name, requiring a third new card. The attention to detail is quite concerning, making me now question what actual vaccine they put in my arm today.

The absolute worse pharmacy! I wish I could give negative stars. The customer service is terrible. I have received any diabetic supplies in months or meds. They always have some issue with my meds! I get so many text but never have anything as far as my repeat meds. Beware and stay clear of this pharmacy.

Usually there is a long wait as the people in the pharmacy chat with each other, but that doesn't bother me as much as how rude the lady was who helped me today. First, if you're wearing a hoodie, get more professional looking people. And second, I'm sorry being a customer who has all their information ready is such an inconvenience to you. I've never been to such a horrible Meijer pharmacy before.
