The employees are often described as amazing, with the exception of one clerk who can sometimes be rude and complaining. One customer had a positive experience at the Mobil station when their oil light came on while on a trip. The receptionist, Dora, was very helpful and kind, assisting the customer in locating the dealership's number and providing advice on the oil situation. The manager, Jeff, also went above and beyond, thoroughly inspecting the customer's car, educating them on oil levels, and recommending a solution. The customer was impressed by the exceptional care and expertise shown by Dora and Jeff. Another customer had a similar positive experience at the Mobil station. When they ran out of gas right before the pump, the lady managing the place at the time came out and not only helped them push the car but also assisted in filling it with gas. The customer was grateful for the wonderful service and regretted not leaving a larger tip. Overall, the Mobil gas station seems to be a reliable and helpful establishment, with most of the employees providing excellent customer service, despite the occasional rude clerk.
