“I had an absolutely amazing experience with Suburban Landscape Supply from start to finish! I ordered top soil and was impressed right away with how easy the whole process was. The office staff were super friendly and helpful — they answered all my questions, scheduled delivery quickly, and made sure everything went smoothly.
The delivery driver was right on time and went above and beyond when dropping off and spreading the soil. They really took their time to make sure it was laid out nicely and exactly where I needed it. The quality of the top soil itself is excellent — rich, clean, and perfect for my yard project.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. I realized after the delivery that I needed a bit more soil, and when I called to ask if I could get another load the same day, they didn’t hesitate at all. They were more than happy to make it happen, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare these days to find a company that not only provides a great product but also truly cares about their customers. Highly, highly recommend them!”
“THE BEST! Barsons is the only place I shop at for my garden needs! They dont spray pesticides either so I can always trust them with my milkweed and butterfly needs. (Thank you SO much for that guys!!) The butterfly house is a beautiful experience and so is feeding their fish in the koi fish pond. They employees are really helpful too, my questions are never left unanswered. Its Barsons or no where for me. ☺️?

“This place is amazing. I've never been to a place with such variety. The prices were so reasonable I was shocked. On top of that the owner (I think she's the owner) was so kind and accommodating. She answered endless questions and even potted a plant on the spot so I could buy it. If I lived close I would spend all my money here.

“My friend was married here a couple weeks ago and the venue was absolutely magical! The dimmed lighting give such a charming and romantic. The trees, fountains, and stone wall give such an earthy feel, and the florals made the room feel enchanting. The wait staff were all very lovely and accommodating, and the bar staff did a wonderful job on the drinks. The plated filet and salmon dinner were delicious and the lamb chop hors d’oeuvre was absolutely divine!”

“As a truck company driver I have seen incredible places throughout the country. But without a doubt the vision and objective of this nursery has impacted me. One of its objectives is to select, produce and propagate a large number of species. There are many varieties of pine trees and that impacted me a lot, I didn't know there were so many. They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. “I went to Home Depot today to get to some CPVC pipe to extend the overflow from my water heater. (This story actually begins at Lowe’s where everyone I spoke to was supremely unhelpful, anywho!) I talked to the 3 very pleasant people at the customer service desk at Home Depot about buying and cutting CPVC pipe, they assured that it could be done, and one of the gentlemen (I didn’t get his name) directed me to the correct aisle and told me he would call the worker in that department to come help me.
I went to the aisle and waited patiently, I saw that there a worker there currently involved with another customer. After a few moments the same gentleman from the front desk came and found me to help out as the other gentleman was busy. We found the pipe, he measured out the length I needed, and when Jim was available, he cut the length I needed with a tool that was readily available in the area and directed me to the fittings I needed as well.
Excellent and fast customer service from everyone I encountered on this snowy New Year’s Eve. Thank you all so much!”
“The staff and even the customers were amazing, extremely helpful and patient. Very accommodating, and most of all they remembered me because of my many trips lol. Donovan such a sweetheart, helped me with sizing and cutting my wood for my project. Tod offered additional assistance at the register to make sure my purchase would fit in the car. Louis greeted me in the parking lot, helped me get material from the car to return and he was there to assist me when I was leaving. It feels so good to finally have A1 customer service especially when you don’t have a clue to what you’re doing. I absolutely love this Home Depot…the very best hands down!”
