Omaha Steaks offers amazing and fantastic food, with some customers finding it great and others describing it as okay. The pricing is considered pricey and quite sketchy, requiring customers to learn how to play the game to get the best prices, as it is not the same across the board. However, they always have a deal, such as buy one get two free offers. Customer service receives mixed reviews, described by some as terrible and as nothing short of a joke, with complaints that you can't talk to anybody. Conversely, many report fantastic and great customer service, praising the friendly, helpful, very personable, and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. The location is very clean and presented well, providing a wonderful and pleasant experience.

The non-meat items are good. The meat is no better than you could find in a local butcher shop. It could be a decent gift for a distant friend/family, but do not believe you are sending fine beef. My Omaha Steak package was a gift, therefore I cannot address the price.

We ordered the Ham holiday Dinner for Thanksgiving. It was super easy and tasted great!! Will definitely order again!
