This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. I never have any issues with my order being wrong. Evening hours seem to be super busy, but honestly the wait is worth it.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes they didn't have coffee. Starbucks didn't have coffee. Then I couldn't get out of the line because you're trapped and I had to continue to wait until everyone else got their order. How do you not have coffee?

It took longer than it has at any other Starbucks to get a simple shake brown sugar oatmilk latte (not a complicated drink and I was the only one in line). When I finally got my coffee, it had a faulty lid with an extra hole and spilled a significant portion. They didn't help me with cleaning it off the counter (I cleaned it because I was concerned it would get on the food nearby). They also didn't replenish what spilled. So in total, I waited 17 mins for half a coffee that also had extra cinnamon I didn't ask for. I would think his was unique, except that two girls who ordered online were waiting for a while with me, and one lady who order before I got there asked for a refund because she couldn't wait any longer.

While I do love the day and evening staff, however the early morning staff can be a bit too much corporate and not the friendliness that I generally receive at most starbucks. They are great and preparing the orders and giving them out in the early morning though so can't complain there... just hope they receive more training on the personal touch of customer care.

Drive thru is terrible, a few times I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes to get through. Some of the employees are just plain rude. Never had a mistake on my orders like some of the other post. But my order is pretty simple.

Consistently a 30 min wait for the drive thru on weekend with incorrect orders. Nice staff but they clearly need some help with rush hours

I'm just not recieving the Starbucks customer care required by staff. Almost every morning there is no line and yet they rush me and don't even make me feel welcome. Not sure I can keep going to this particular Starbucks.

I can understand being understaffed. However, when there are 8 cars in line, not a SINGLE car has moved in 8 minutes AND the staff is making excuses "there's only one person taking drive thru orders". Well, how has not a single car moved?! There are curbs on both sides so it's not like we can even leave. I've now been in this line for 13 minutes and I'm still 2 cars away from ordering. Absolutely ridiculousEdit** Since calling into the store twice they started to make the line move INSTANTLY. Cleared us out within 5 minutes of the call. Which goes to show that they had to ability to move the line but lacked the leadership and team work to do so.

First time here. Pretty big location and I love the design the furniture the color inside!Got a flat white and it was well done.Pretty busy location order took a few minutes.Parking: Busy during the weekend!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level door big enough and tables with enough space clearly marked for handicapped.

Fitst time visiting this location in Northville 2_24_24 for my morning coffee. Went inside to order @ approx.11:15am the cashier was rude, nasty, impolite and would not assist with my order after waiting on my order for awhile, I went to inquiry about my order the lady said she was too busy to chk my order, after i pd for my order & walked away from me, i proceeded ask for my receipt was ignored. Then finally someone else proceed to say my order was up. The cashier svc was terrible...she should be in the back making the beverage not handling the customers. No name no receipt. Will not go inside to order, maybe stick to the drive thru in the future. POOR inside customer svc. Unhappy customer!

The barista got my order wrong and refused to change the order, saying it’s the policy. I will never return to that Starbucks. They get paid from you, and refuse to remake a drink that I didn’t touch. Bad attitudes and horrible service. Lol they were happy to refund me when I asked, but wouldn’t fix or remake the drink. Starbucks, look at who you’re hiring.
