I honestly don't understand how the lady in the drive thru can still work there after this many negative reviews about her. After reading the reviews on here I knew exactly who they were referring to, and I was only there once today. I will never be back to this location because of her.I placed an online order for pickup here. There was only one car in line in front of me, so it went very fast. Got to the window, and the woman there actually seemed nice at first. She told me they didn't have the waffles for the breakfast sandwich and asked if a croissant was ok instead. I had no problem. Still polite. She then handed me my drink, and I kid you not, she told me THREE times from the time she handed me the drink to when I set the drink in my cup holder to pull around to a parking spot to wait for the rest of my order. I literally have no problem with this and said ok. It got to the point that I was confused if she was actually talking to me because she said it multiple times in such a short time span. The last time she said it I was looking at her, I said yes, and she looks at me with like a half smile and says "ok" like I'm stupid or something. I do not understand the sheer pushy, nasty, passive-aggressive attitude for literally no reason. I was nothing but nice to you. Why do you work here?Literally go to any other location if it's not urgent. I've never been treated this way by any person in the drive thru at any fast food place, ever. Not worth it.

Personally Tim Hortons has been my go to coffee place for years. Today I got an everything bagel toasted with extra butter and one side was completely dry. I’ve started ordering with extra butter regularly because I was noticing the bagels had lots of dry spots so I assumed they are only allowed to put a certain amount. It is an up charge for extra butter but that doesn’t bother me. However when I’m charged extra for what I ordered and it’s not coming out that way it’s a bit frustrating.On top of this the lady taking the order tried to cut me off in the middle of ordering. When I got to the window she sat there laughing and giggling with her coworkers and ignored me. All the while there were no other cars in front of me nor behind me in the drive through. Time to start looking for a new coffee place I guess

If u could leave 0 starts I would for their workers. Slow and unprofessional especially that person called Marwah because I was just talking to her and she kept ignoring me like seriously do you even know anything about customer service. You accepted this job you need to do it right. It’s not our fault that you’re a miserable person and you hate your job and at the end I get wrong items.

I work close to this location, yet I make every effort to go elsewhere for coffee. I only go here when I am short on time, and I regret it every time. Like most of the other reviews, I have had bad experiences with the woman who works the window. She is extremely rude. I cannot even put my coffee into my cupholder without her throwing attitude at me. She seems to expect customers to drive off the second their order is in their hand. I've even had her scream "NEXT" at me while handing my change to me. It seems management does not care, since there are so many reviews stating this, yet she is still employed there and continuing the same bad customer service. I understand that they are likely timed on how fast they can get a car through (I know this was the case at a fast-food establishment I once worked at), but this is not the way to meet those time goals. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I have ordered through this drive-thru multiple times in the past 6 months and have had a poor experience every time. I keep trying to see if it’s gotten better and it never improves. This location used to be pretty good, but the staff just doesn’t seem to care anymore and are always in a rush. Drinks aren’t made well and food is poor quality. Orders aren’t usually correct 50% of the time either. It’s always the same woman at the window and she is not friendly at all and always rushing even when there is no line. It’s too bad because I would come here more often if it was better as it’s really the only drive-thru coffee shop close to my house.

Ordered coffee, two sandwiches and a donut through the mobile app for a drive thru pick up. Came to drive thru at 11 am on Monday 10/6/23. At the drive thru speaker, the staff pulled up my order. When I got to the drive thru window, I was immediately faced with a woman exuding attitude. Her first response was it will be $3.75. I advised her that I had the mobile order and I paid already. At which point she got a cup and said “here’s your hot chocolate. You have a good day sir.” Informed her that it is not my order and that I had coffee and food. At which point, she spoke to someone inside and then gave me the same “hot chocolate” cup and again: “here you go. You have a good day sir.” Then I informed her again that I ordered food as well. She again spoke to staff inside then hands me a bag and states: here you go. You have a good day sir.” At this point I checked the bag and noticed that there are two sandwiches but the donut is missing. I informed her of that. She mumbled something and gets the donut. And again her infamous line: here you go. You have a good day sir. There was no attempt throughout to just treat me with compassion, kindness and respect. After the first two trials with wrong orders being handed to me, I would’ve expected the staff to just take a deep breath, and a moment to figure which one is my actual order and confirm with me the order while verifying everything I ordered is there. Instead all I got was rude obnoxious rushed attitude when it’s literally two cars in the drive thru. There was never any apology or any attempt at service recovery. All I got was the feeling of being rushed to leave with partial orders with the dismissive “You have a good day sir.” And when I got home, I also had the pleasant surprise of one of the sandwiches made incorrectly. It’s unfortunate but this place actually had great service a year ago when I used to pick up coffee regularly at 5 am.

I was very impressed by the service I received this past Saturday, wish I had asked for the gentleman's name. I called first to see if they had any Red Wings donuts available. I needed four and there were only 3 available. He told me he would make four fresh ones for me. He could have easily said sorry, that's all we have but he didn't. Great customer service!!!!

Horrible experience trying to get a single cup of coffee in the drive thru this morning. The attendant, Rosa, refused to honor my valid coupon because I didn’t disclose that I had a coupon prior to ordering. Although I handed her my coupon and payment, I went back in line in the drive thru and reordered as instructed. This time, she refused the fact that she took my money and my coupon. So thanks to Rosa for stealing my coupon and my messily $1.06, and ruining my routine of buying coffee from Tim Hortons.
