“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

When I called the Novi location Martina waited for my husband to arrive and even changed the tire that was low! She went way beyond her duties to take good care of a customer. “Had a minor issue with the dolly not being secured prior to rental but I had no idea. So this caused the seal to break which in turn charged me for the dolly rental. Well, I had no idea it wasn't secured properly. They reversed the charges with no issue. Thanks.”
