“I rented two small units at the facility for several years. I feel they were reasonably priced and never had any issues. When I had to do a name change and billing updates, the manager was always helpful and efficient in completing the request.”
“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

“Rented a ram 2500 for the weekend. An hour into the drive and the bed liner was lifting out of the bed. Hubby 'tucked' it back in but it only lasted another 5 miles. Luckily we had a heavy bag of tools he put on it to keep it down. We had to put a tie strap over the part that kept coming up on the way home. (We went up north to put in the boat and lift. )”
“Except for issues with the UHaul website, the check-out process was quick and simple. This location is easy in and easy out for a truck or trailer. Close to the freeway exit for a quick picl-up or drop off.”
“I don't know if I'm a fan of the new technology - using your phone to scan and upload seemed to take extra time. However, the person handling my request was a true professional - knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. My truck was ready and the pickup was painless. Great Job!”
“Mike and the team were great. I brought in one truck for minor issues. While there, Mike noticed another issue that required swapping trucks. They went above and beyond getting me in another truck. Thanks to them, I can now continue my run safely!

Pure easy... nice reliable truck... clean and worked amazing. The trip was about 100 miles, and it took 32$ to refill the diesel and return.
Easy process to rent: The truck was available when I showed up, and I paid for the max daily insurance, so any damages missed wouldn't matter even if they found something they previously missed on their inspection”

“This is a small dealer that manages vehicles, storage and some boxes and moving stuff. If you're looking for full inventory available online this may not be your best option even though they have most generic boxes and supplies. The lady that was there was super kind and very resourceful.”
