“Rented a ram 2500 for the weekend. An hour into the drive and the bed liner was lifting out of the bed. Hubby 'tucked' it back in but it only lasted another 5 miles. Luckily we had a heavy bag of tools he put on it to keep it down. We had to put a tie strap over the part that kept coming up on the way home. (We went up north to put in the boat and lift. )”

“Excellent service. Quick in and out. Friendly staff. I recommend!I picked up a 4x8 trailer to haul a sofa to my daughter. There was a sign on the wall that read 'ask my dad about a bracelet'. So I did! I was given a really rad paper bracelet with my initial on it. How fun. I wore that during my travels.Picking up and dropping off the equipment was super easy. I used the app to check in and when returning the trailer. It's very simple. It prompted me to take odorous of the trailer. I would not have thought of this so I appreciate the accountability going both ways.Insurance is very cheap for their rentals. I highly recommend the additional (+/-) $8/Day.Thank you for being available and helpful”

“The van is very clean but the dashboard shows PSI number of 13 as low tire while I was in other side of town attempted to deliver the donated items. The very next day I had informed the rental office staff regarding tire sensor on the dashboard regarding low tire. She had verified the rear tire would be considered flat even though the tire do not look flat. She advised me to call U-Haul road assistance. The female agent from U-Haul road assistance department contacted me. The service tire driver arrived within an hour or more. They both were awesome had kept in touch with me. Very courteous & professional service that I had received from roadside assistance department and the tire service driver, too.”
