When they say "immediate access," they mean it. You get a storage unit and gate access code assigned on the payment confirmation page. This is the second time I've used them. Cancelling the unit is just as easy, too.

Was so easy to rent. Went online filled out the form and paid within seconds I had my code and unit number. Started moving stuff in within the hour. Also very convenient for moving as our house is only a five minute drive away.
