The lady behind the desk was super nice and accommodating to our 4 kiddos too. And when they didn't have the sweatshirt I wanted, she kindly pointed me to the store connected to hers. “Tenden is an absolute hidden gem! If you see it, you NEED to stop! This was my first time ever coming to Tenden and it won't be my last! First off the customer service is mind blowing! You got questions? They have all the answers! Super friendly, super helpful, and willing to go the extra mile! Though the store is small, it is mighty! You can get a little bit of everything here! Hats, belts, purses, clothing, bonsai trees, vintage sewing machines, feild notes, wallets, socks, shirts, pants, incense, soaps, candles, lotions, knives, and the list goes on! The leather goods are especially amazing! There is literally something for everyone here! Oh, and did I mention Field notes? These are so hard to find in a local retail shop! I loved everything about this store and can't wait to go back!”
“I had the best little shopping experience here today! My husband and I came in originally because the items in the window caught my eye. The owner was incredibly kind, funny and knowledgeable on her fashion! I bought my 1st piece of cashmere today. It was a beautiful green cashmere cape that can be worn 8 different ways! There were so many other colors to choose from so hopefully one day I will get back here and get another color or 2!”

“We are here on vacation and we popped into this little store selling all sorts of gifts, curiosities and clothes. The staff were very friendly and the girl at the cash desk even recognised my wife from our visit last year. She bought a couple of little things, no doubt could have purchased more but we are a bit restricted given that we are flying home.”

“Employees are friendly and helpful. Lots of adorable styles for teens and young people. So many stylish hoodies and jeans. They also have tee shirts, cargo pants, leggings, an intimate department and hats and accessories. They also have both male and female clothing. This store is inside the Lakes Mall.”
“Down to Earth is the perfect mid class home decor and fashion boutique. The store is laid out well and each item inside is likely hand chosen by the owner because it's all so well thought through! Their clothing choices are super fashionable and the perfect color pallet for the fall season. I appreciated the variety of shapes, textures, accessories and statement pieces. The clothing sizes are a standard XS-L range and for standard height. If you're short like me make sure whatever you pick can withstand some alterations. The home decor pieces in here were limited but all beautiful. Really, this is a cute place to pick out a date night or event outfit. Definitely a fun stop in DT Grand Haven and worth a browse at a minimum if you're in the area!”

“The absolute cutest and most trendy clothes at this store! Although very pricey. A simple bikini is $100 altogether, top and bottom sold separately. Some can be 50-70 dollars per top or per bottom. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here for bikinis unless you have that kinda of money.”

“Ive walked past this store so many times but yesterday the sales rack outside stopped me! My daughter needed a new winter coat and she’s so picky. She’s at the age that she’s not a “little girl” and doesn’t want the sparkly, rainbow stuff and doesn’t want boring, either. We don’t have a ton of options in our little town and I was so happy to find this adorable, trendy piece. It was originally $75 marked down to $35! Although I would’ve paid the $75. My daughter is super happy and I usually return about 90% of the things I pick up for her. Ha!! The woman working was so kind and informative. I was in a rush so didn’t have time to shop, but I’ll be back. Thank you!!”

“Cool little store, they mainly sell urban style attire such as basketball shorts, T shirts, with brands like Nike, Puma, they sell flat billed fitted hats, quite a large woman's and children's selection, makeup, purses, shoes, belts, beauty products, along with a few odds and ends electronics for existing bought a 2 pack of fake security cameras for 3$ they look like the tinted dome cameras ud see at Walmart and they have LED lights to make them appear real but for 3 dollars I figured what the heck why not”
